I'm looking for a drummer and a bassist to form a power trio. I want to follow the steps of bands in the late 60's like Cream, Taste, Jimi Hendrix Experience etc. but in terms of sound my influences vary greatly so I'd like to create something unique with a like-minded musician. I have some songs ready and lots of ideas that we can work together and I'd also like to emphasize jams and improvisations as part of the sound.

Influences
My influences vary from folk blues to psychedelic and blues rock of the late 60's (Robert Johnson, Howlin' Wolf, Muddy Waters, BB King, Buddy Guy, Cream, Jimi Hendrix, Rory Gallagher, The Beatles), I love the progressive scene of the 70's (Pink Floyd, Rush, Yes, Genesis, Camel) and some classic bands of the era like Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath. I also like 70's punk and perhaps my greatest influence is the 90's grunge scene.

EQUIPMENT
I currently own a selection of guitars, including two electric, one acoustic for normal tuning and one for open tunings and a bass guitar. I also own a guitar amp, an effects pedalboard a couple of microphones and an audio interface.
