ABOUT

My name is Gary and I want to collaborate with strong vocalists and dynamic musicians, for joint ventures to record and perform original concepts of alternative music.

'XcLeB' (my altered ego).
Check out https://www.reverbnation/xcleb for more demos and concepts for 'The Broken Temple', etc...

DEMO'S:
See the audio section in BANDMIX for x15 home made tracks.
All the included DEMO tracks feature myself taking care of all parts including the rough mix.

PROJECTS:
I'm keen to play either Guitar or Bass to works either primarily written and produced by myself or in collaboration with others as a joint venture. I'm also interested in performing unique renditions of popular well known covers.

I'm from no fixed genre and my approach to making music is more experimental than to follow rules and disciplines associated with 'sitting in a box'. As for experience, 'I'm seasoned to taste'...

Influences

I was primarily driven by Punk and New-Wave bands (anything edgy) from the 70's and 80's. However, my influences regressed back because my learning curves came more from the Rocky, Bluesy and Country vibes picked up from the 50's, 60's and 70's stuff that other guitarists played, who I had the honor to jam with over the years.

People have made comment that my personal works is reflective of things from the eighties and I kind of get that, but I reckon it's more and simply about..., "if it floats my boat, I'll try to sail it".

Note: Before you come to your own conclusions, I'd suggest that you give my DEMO's a fair listen.
All songs have been mixed and formatted on headphones for headphone playback...
