I’m Tom, and music is more than just a passion to me — it’s my main ambition in life. I want to create something meaningful, bring a new wave, and share a real message through music.

We’re currently looking for a committed drummer to join L'Extravagante.

A bit about us: I’m the lead singer of the band, and originally its drummer. Over the years I’ve become a skilled producer in MAO/music production, and I also play guitar and synths, which we’re progressively implementing more and more into our live set and creative process.

Our sound is very versatile. In the past we experimented heavily with electronic elements, while recently we’ve moved back toward something more organic and raw — but the project constantly evolves depending on inspiration. Indie, rock, electronic, soul… we don’t like putting too many limits on what we create.

We’re looking for someone truly committed, ready to rehearse seriously, tour with us, and take part in creative sessions as a real member of the project — not just someone to play live shows.

Passion, creativity, openness and dedication matter more to us than technical perfection.

Influences

I have a lot of influence, whether in Rock, funk, jazz, modern music, reggae, or techno! ut the whole band has different taste, which makes our creative session really interesting

If I had to name bands that influences me the most, I would say Arctic Monkeys, but the first albums, like Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not or Favorite Worst Nightmare. Royal Blood, or Nothing but Thieves. thats sort of the sound i'd be looking for with our band. but we soubnd nothing like any of these bands haha

but I really listen to everything. a lot of Indie influences like King Krule, Feng Suave, Puma Blue, Surf Curse, or Lot of others..

but also African influences like Fela Kuti or more traditional things (I love traditional music) but also modern afrobeat like Rema

but..also a lot of electronic music, Synthwave, Techno, hardcore, and a whole lot of pop, rap, and hip hop. these are probably the main genres in my ears all day

Anyway, I couldn't quote everything, I am influenced by everything that exists, I listen to everything
