ABOUT
North London's The World Service have been a long time in the making. After stints in various London outfits, the five piece were drawn together with a unified passion to create hungry and unafraid guitar based anthems. They've been likened to song driven bands such as Interpol and the National, fused with the energetic anthems of Kasabian and lost in the depths of lead singer Chris's vocals you can sense an affinity with The Horrors... But there's more about this band than just comparisons. They create a unique, energetic yet brooding sound that still manages to feel perfectly of the moment and always just theirs.
