Hi there. We're in the early stages of putting together a band, and we're looking for a vocalist (keys or guitar a bonus) to round out our sound.

We've jammed several times as a three-piece (guitar/bass/drums), and our sound is starting to coalesce somewhere between stoner-doom and shoegaze. Sometimes we sound like The Sword, sometimes Elder, sometimes King Gizz, sometimes Portishead or the gaze-y side of Deftones.

We're hoping to find a vocalist who's looking to practice every other week or so, and record and gig on occasion around London. We practice Tuesday nights in Islington.

The audio we've attached here is clips from some of our initial jams. The quality of the recording isn't great but it should give you a feel for what we sound like.

We're all big fans of Queens of the Stone Age, The Sword, Kyuss, Yob, Lowrider, Truckfighters, Red Fang, and Death from Above 1979, The Mars Volta, and Electric Wizard, though our interests cover music that's less heavy and more melodic too.

We're early 40s, with day jobs. We've all gigged and recorded before with previous bands and have pro-level equipment, though we haven't gigged yet as a band.
