I used to play bass in a Rock band back in the 80's/ 90's, packed up for a while then took up the guitar about 10 years ago. Been practicing at home using TG backing tracks, and had a couple of years with another guitarist as an acoustic duo going to open mic nights but this fizzled out just over a year ago. I am looking for other musicians for jamming/ covers and just to try and get better, make some noise and have a laugh.

Influences
All the usual classic rock suspects, Sabbath, AC/DC, Thin Lizzy etc, but also like newer bands such as Black Stone Cherry, The Answer and will also dabble in heavier stuff like Metallica and Alter Bridge. I also like a bit of Southern Rock/ Country type music as well as acoustic rock.
