Hi there, I'm a Darlington-based singer/guitarist/pianist looking to form a Coldplay tribute band. I've
been playing and singing all throughout my life, and I’m now putting together this tribute band with aims to start gigging around the region. I’m looking for committed musicians around my age (I'm 18, ideally nobody older than 25) to join - specifically a lead guitarist, a bassist, and a drummer.
Coldplay themselves are all-male which is the general aim, but I’m totally open to female members if you can sing too, since a lot of their newer songs have important female backing vocals that would be great to cover live.
I’ve been gigging for years in different styles and I’m fully ready to take this out as a professional live show - pubs, tribute nights, weddings, festivals, and so on. All the live tracks and tones are sorted - you would just need to bring your own instrument to practices/gigs and plug in to my DI. No extra gear needed, everything else is ready to go. Practices would be in Darlington, and your own transport to gigs would be a good bonus.
