Looking to start a new Punk band and initially need Bass and Drums. Preferably you'll be Tameside based and reliable/engaged/committed.
I have a back catalogue of songs and an album ready to go under the name 'Joe Makes Noise' - you can listen on Spotify, Amazon, Apple and all good music services.
The songs I write are not political, I wouldnt reference drugs... they are more written from the perspective of a 30/40 something year old bloke. Theres an element of Humour but with a sprinkling of heartfelt emotion.
I like simple catch riffs and rhythms with big sing-a-long hooks.
Would like to form a band around this material with like-minded musicians.
Im not wanting to go hell-for-leather gigging and practicing every week (I'm married with 2 kids :) but definitely looking to practice regularly, gig every now and then and record some music
I've fronted bands since 2006 and played 100s of gigs across the North so know what im doing from that perspective :)
