I'm a middle aged bloke who rather than buy a harley davidson has bought a drum kit in my mid life crisis! Joking aside its something ive always wanted to do and im loving every second of it! I practice daily and am self taught and a drummer friend of mine, already in a band has said im a natural and should look at joining a band now hence here i am.

Influences
Influences ha where do i start! music has always been a big part of my life starting with the punk scene in the '70's....1st concert was The Clash.....my musical taste buds stimulated I soon discovered rock with Led Zep, Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, Deep Purple et al still heavily featured on my ipod. More modern influences include Kings of Leon, Foo Fighters, Arctic Monkeys amongst others so hopefully you have a feel now for my musical tastes.

Basic kit at the moment, a starter kit but I am in a position now where im looking to upgrade to a more serious set up
