Currently studying acoustics at Salford uni, but am back for the summer. I picked up guitar and bass during lockdown and play both to a moderate level, I've been singing since school and have also taken piano lessons and can still play to a basic level. I would love to learn how to do unclean vocals soon.

Listened to Muse and Coldplay growing up, but I have since moved on to progressive rock (Pink Floyd, Genesis, Yes, King Crimson, Big Big Train and Porcupine Tree), "classic rock" (Uriah Heep, Deep Purple, Rainbow and The Cult), heavy metal (Black Sabbath, Dio and Avenged Sevenfold), thrash (Megadeth, Anthrax and Testament) and metalcore adjacent (Napalm Death, Dillinger Escape Plan and Atreyu). I am currently listening to death metal bands Soilwork, Dark Tranquillity, Arch Enemy and Entombed.

EQUIPMENT

I've got some basic equipment, a Vintage (brand) SG copy, a Encore Blasted Precision bass copy, a Tanglewood electro-acoustic guitar, and a small Casio keyboard. I recently acquired a Chord CG-30 guitar amp, before I have had a small Squire SP10. I also have a pedal board featuring a chorus pedal, a wah pedal, overdrive, distortion, ultra metal and volume pedal. I also own an SM58 microphone.
