In the short space I've been working full-time in the music industry, I've covered the whole spectrum of music: starting from pub gigs (notably in ska / 2-tone with a popular Nottingham based band 'The SKAs') to weddings and functions (including multi-award winning 'Phil Rostance and the Marshall Band') to touring with original artists such as Evil Scarecrow - The finest heavy metal band ever to write a song about a robot... probably.

Influences
My inspiration for learning to play was Beethoven's 'Moonlight Sonata'. This started me on a solid, classically based training in music and music theory. I was introduced to jazz and Rock n roll in my teens, predominantly the classic Crooners like Sinatra and the old-school Rockabilly guitarists such as Brian Setzer, Gene Vincent and Jerry Lee Lewis. This inspired me to be more open-minded in my playing, which is reflected now in my diverse list of clients and fellow musicians.
