We are Gemstone Fire, a 4-piece gigging band who play mostly 70s rock with a few songs from the 60's and 80's, and some Glam rock too. All songs are well known covers and up-tempo. I'm Stevie, guitarist and backing singer, we have Dawn on vocals, and Steve on drums and backing singing. We live in 3 different parts of Nottinghamshire and rehearse in Nottingham. All of us are very experienced musicians and easy going folk. You can check us out via our page.
We're looking for a bassist who can lock into the pocket and groove, playing for the song, and vocals would be a bonus.
Age, gender, experience, gear are less important compared to finding the right fit (which is always hard to define) Ideally, you'd be up to speed for the 4 gigs in May, no pressure ;-)
