Solid guitar playing riff master based in Cheltenham/ Gloucester area
Played many genres including:
Punk; Rock; Death Metal; Folk; Pop; Electronic; Indie; Britpop
Done acoustic duo's to five piece rock bands playing on a huge stage at GL1.
Done covers mainly but have had moderate success writing and performing originals.
Have family that does limit rehearsal time to evenings, weekend gigs not an issue. Have a day job but all the kit, own transport and teeth.
Grew up on 'classic' rock such as Guns N Roses, AC/DC, Megadeth, Cinderella, Motley Crue and Bolt-thrower....but happy to give anything a go as long as it has a decent groove and energy to it. Have played covers ranging from Hendrix to B52's, Misfits through to Eva Cassidy and Blur to ZZ Top..
Am a 39yr old rhythm guitarist at heart (including acoustic set-ups) but have been recently playing bass (for about 3yrs).
Looking to get out gigging with a rock or an indie rock band - either guitar (preferred) or bass - probably covers (that will get people up and strutting) - in the Cheltenham/ Gloucester/ Tewkesbury/ Stroud area...
Acoustic duo with a top singer would be great as well...
