TxtTalk is a 4-piece Alt/Indie band from Hastings, UK, formed in 2019. Their EP ‘Text Message Love Letters’ was released in November 2020 and their latest single ‘Hollywood’ was named 'Track of the day' on BBC Introducing.
A wide range of influences reflect TxtTalk's unique sound including bands such as The Cure, Duran Duran, Arctic Monkeys, Catfish And The Bottlemen, Oasis, Sticky Fingers, Lime Cordiale, DMA's, Nothing But Theives, IDKhow
We merge classic indie riffs, jazzy bass lines, alongside trumpets, synths and hard hitting drums, all delivered with a dose of tongue in cheek lyricism and infectious melodies.
The band has gained extensive radio play for both their debut EP ‘Text Message Love Letters’ and their most recent single ‘Hollywood’, in addition to receiving the support of BBC Introducing, who showcased them as ‘Featured Artist’ along with naming their single ‘Hollywood’ as ‘Track of The Day’.
