Influences
I'm a huge fan of Amos Lee, an American folk singer who sings jazzy, soulful folk-pop songs, with a hint of blues. I just love that Amos Lee/Norah Jones/Paolo Nutini kind of vibe. Other inspirations are Johnny Cash, Kris Kristofferson and a Belgian band called K's Choice. More recent inspirations are Paolo Nutini, Ben Platt and a Dutch Jazz musician called Wouter Hamel. I can also enjoy singing pop ballads by for example Lady Gaga or show tunes from Waitress. Sara Barreilles is amazing.
