Hey there! I’m Sam. I’m a newbie at my current craft but I’m improving quickly. I’m a trans guy who’s always wanted to throw himself into a career in music but put it off until quite recently.
I’m autistic and music has always been a great comfort for me. My dream is to work in a band with likeminded folk. I don’t do this because I want to be famous, I just want to do something I love and to do it with some amazing friends.
I’m a beginner guitar player but I’m making this account for future reference purposes / when I feel confident enough to play in a gig and join with other musicians.
If you’re in a similar situation though and want to start something completely from the ground up hit me up!
I play an electric guitar (a Jackson dinky) and ideally I’d love to start a band with other people at my level. I can play a decent amount of music and I’m studying hard and practicing harder. I’d love to work with other people who are at the same level I am as I believe working in a band is the best way to really make something beautiful.
I’m based in Cardiff and I’m pretty much free to chat about working together any time.

Influences
My grandpa. He played the double bass and toured around army bases when my mum was a child. He’s always been musically gifted and I want to be just like him in that aspect.
I also have a vast range of favourite musical artists who have inspired me deeply and reflect in the music I love to play.
My favourite bands are Red Hot Chili Peppers, Foo Fighters, Nirvana, Pink Floyd, My Chemical Romance, Fall Out Boy, MUSE, Radiohead, Mother Mother, Scissor Sisters, DIO, GHOST, Will Wood, etc
