Squabble are a six piece band comprising Hammond organ, sax/trumpet, guitar, bass, drums and percussion. We play funky jazz groove instrumentals, influenced by the soul jazz greats of the 1960's and 70's, infused with infectious rhythms, hooks and melodies. We are based in and around West London and are all experienced musicians who have played together in previous bands for many years. We started Squabble in 2021 through our shared love of jazz, initially playing arrangements of tunes by Jack MacDuff, Herbie Hancock, Grant Green etc, gradually introducing original material as we progressed. We have played several successful shows so far, including performances at Kew Village Market and the 140 Arts Cafe in Harrow.
