Vocalist.ABOUT
Solidgoldgroove new covers band with highly competent & experienced drums, guitar and bass is forming in Coventry and looking for our new vocalist.
Playing straight up 4 piece guitar based dirty rock & roll from Stones, Faces, T-Rex, Sweet, Roxy Music through to some good Britpop with maybe a little very early UK Soul, Northern & UK Reggae thrown in for spice.
We have full PA & Lighting and use only professional gear from Fender, Gibson, DW kits etc.
No gigs in pipeline yet but we have lots of contacts around the Midlands pub scene and we'd like to be gig-ready by the end of
summer.
You should be experienced, sound the part, look the part, be available for rehearsal once a week until the set list is complete, have your own vocal gear with transport and be prepared to put the hard yards in to get the bands sound vibe and sound.
If you're not very good, you're just getting started on your own musical journey, you're a cabaret artist or your Mum told you were great when she heard you singing in the bath, please don't apply.
