We're a new pop-rock band. Our priorities are catchy melodies and compulsive hooks. Our original songs blend simplicity and sophistication; we don't do covers. We're good musicians and composers; not virtuosic, but skillful enough to arrange songs with textures/chord progressions that sound both original and accessible. Performing memorable songs are our priority: pop music for grown-ups.
Looking for a versatile drummer who can deliver beats and jams to fit all manner of styles/time signiatures/tempos. We alternate between poignant/silly/epic/powerful/superficial/alternative songs. We're looking to perform at open-mic nights in Guildford approx. monthly, rehearsing approx. weekly. We all live in Woking.
Our trial drummers thus far have been lacklustre. Might you be the real musician we're looking for? God, I hope so. Plus...we're all very very nice.
