My name is Shane I’m 22 years old and I play guitar and sing. I’m in a well known tribute band to Metallica called metal militia we’ve headlined the 02 academy in Newcastle and done a lot of gigs all around the north east and down south etc. I’ve been playing the guitar for about 10 years now or just over I love music as I would one day like it to be my job I love going out and entertaining people and just to put on a good show.

Influences
My influences consist of Metallica who are my all time favourite band and I’m in a successful tribute band to Metallica called metal militia which I gig a lot. Other influences are the likes of free, ac dc, green day, volbeat, scorpions, etc.

I have a 60 watt valve laney ironheart head and 100 watt Harley Benton cab with vintage 30s. I have a fender Stratocaster, esp ltd iron cross guitar (James hetfield signature) Flying V and many more.
