Looking for a guitarist with great soulful lead vocal skills who's equally capable in Rock, Soul, the Blues - original Rhythm and Blues, Soul, Funk with a touch of Jazz. Aiming to form a gigging covers power trio on the lines of Jimi Hendrix's Band of Gypsys to bring back the Soul to the Blues. Looking for explore 'the groove' and well as investigate the outer limits of improvisation. Looking for a Robben Ford or John Mayer. ***Important*** Looking for a guitarist who can sing lead and play at the same time.
I'm a bass player of more than 20 years standing. I've played in a variety of Blue Rock trios but looking to start a project of my own. Some of my band influences are Robben Ford, Band of Gypsys and Mothers Finest but to name a few.
