I'm a keyboard player / singer based in West Sussex. I’m looking for a band position or musicians so I can put together a duo or trio. I’m interested in covers with a twist or original material! I play piano, organ and synth. I sing lead vocals, backing vocals and vocoder. I’m experienced in both live and studio work for both original material and covers. I can play most styles from pop, soul and R&B, through electronic, jazz, jazz-funk, boogie, swing and standards. I've played in duos, trios and larger bands. From 2010 to 2020 I ran Soulville Express, a 5 piece soul/funk/disco band we did typically 60 gigs a year! I worked for 5 years professionally in UK night club residencies and American Air bases in Germany. Also a few years in the late 80’s in a London based, function band. I’m happy to help arranging parts, re arrange songs and develop original material. I have a good rig, including my own pa. Available for new projects, gigs, deps and sessions.
