Hi all!!
So I’m a musician from Nottingham looking to join a band as a drummer. I started music about 20 years ago and have played a whole range of instruments since I started. I have played a range of styles too.
I am have been playing with a 90’s rock styled group and have been for the past 12-18 months practicing each week regularly, with some gigs played too.
I started drumming when I was 12ish but prior to starting with this band in 2022 I hadn’t played for 4/5years. I am committed to any group I join and will give it everything I've got, I work shifts that change days and times weekly so would need a group that can be flexible with that, I will always try and shift work round especially for gigs.
I’d say I my drumming skills are currently average but will be keen to better my skills asap to do justice to a well formed band, I can play to click tracks and know my way around Ableton software too so happy to run tracks if required.
Would be up for adding backing vocals in also if required.
I like most genres of music really but prefer rock/punk/pop type stuff - anything that is authentic I can go with!!

EQUIPMENT
Working on getting a drum kit - have ones I can borrow for now though - I do have my own breakables.
I do own a full sound system and sound desk with lighting too if ever needed for gigs?
