Hi I’m Rick. I play lead and rhythm guitar, electric and acoustic, bass guitar, piano / keyboards and some harmonica. Also lead and harmony vocals.
I am based in Rotherfield, East Sussex, with transport.
I've been playing since my teens, and was in bands till age 30 – now about 30 years ago!
Always kept a guitar to hand, and recently I started playing for fun with a couple of old friends – and now I’ve seriously got the bug again!
Have some own songs and would like to write/co-write more original material, but currently playing mostly covers – Tom Petty, John Mayer, Rolling Stones, Steely Dan, Beatles, Neil Young etc.
Looking to meet up with individual players or an existing line-up, ideally fairly local. I am happy to commit to regular evening rehearsals plus home practice in between. Plus writing, recording and getting out and playing as many gigs as possible!
