Ideally - and more importantly - I seek a band that knows the difference between light & shade, melodics, and understands that sometimes, less is more!...Own, good quality equipment, transport and wanting to commit to one band, a working band, that is pro in its set-up and in its attitude. Having a laugh and a good relationship, is also fundemental.
