I'm a twenty-something vocalist seeking to join a band. I am looking for a group whose interests combine musical originality and flare with a cerebral, literary persona. I am interested in music as performance art, not merely as the production of pleasing sound.
My voice is fairly wide-ranging, and I am able to move between a lyric baritone and a Jugenlicher bass with relative ease and flexibility. I want to grapple with the weird and wonderful, the esoteric and sublime as much as the 'my baby don't love me no more' mode.
