We are a five piece psychedelic-rock/alternative/folk female fronted band called ‘Persephone In The Underworld’ living together in a warehouse near Bristol and we are in search of a bass player to join our line up.
We have been rehearsing and gigging regularly together for over seven years now and have nearly four EP's worth of original material in the process of being recorded for release. We also have our own recording studio at our shared home near Bristol.
We rehearse in our house that we share and we have a full rehearsal and recording set up ready for each practice. There is also space in the house for a bass player to move in eventually if that would be of interest. We are building the house ourselves and will be building a home venue on the ground floor to put on our own events in the future.

Influences
Our inspirations include: Radiohead, The Doors, Talking Heads, Bjork, Pink Floyd, Ben Howard, Wolf Alice, Jefferson Airplane, Massive Attack, Yin Yin, The Mekons and Daughter but we play quite a variety of genres and styles and also perform a few covers too.
