After playing Woodwind at school (does playing at county level windband and orchestra count as gigging?) and University I left music for a few years. I have fairly recently taken up Bass and started with an Acoustic to up my skills. I pick up the guitars a few times a week and am now looking to meet up with a few like minded individuals. I can read music (treble) but find it easier to use TAB to translate when playing guitar. I have now also acquired an electric guitar and am playing though my bass practice amp. I now have a Ropy Lead 100 Guitar amp that is a bit temperamental. After some playing about in it's guts i should be able to get it working properly.
