ABOUT

Very experienced bass player who has played in gigging bands around the West Country and Pembrokeshire.
The first band I played bass with in Pembs was Broken--Lines who are now really making a name for themselves. We did quite a few punk/space rock gigs and recorded an EP that I still enjoy listening to now.
I then joined a really interesting folk/rock band, Rookery Lane, https://www.bandmix.co.uk/rookerylane/ and I really enjoyed making music, recording and gigging with them
Before lockdown I had been gigging with The Hangmen in Ceredigion which was mainly seasonal and mainly Blues/rock covers. Really great guys but were living outside the area, so we only got together when they were staying in the area.
I'm now playing with two of the members of that band, who now live permanently in the area, with a different drummer. We're called The Deep Blue Band and have (after only a couple of hours practise) completed our first gig at The Moody Cow, near New Quay, just before Christmas. Mainly covers but with a distinct 'groove' to the sound.
I'm still interested in playing original music and would rather do that closer to home in and around Pembrokeshire.
So, if you're looking to get together and seeing how it develops from there, give me a call! 07392370467
