I'm from Melbourne (Australia), working and travelling the EU and UK with my wife.
I've played drums in several bands (cover & original) around Melbourne.
One received National TV air time ("Noise TV" on SBS).
One received Regional TV air time ("17:00" on Channel 31).
One received National radio play (JJJ) although the album was recorded before I took over on Drums.
I've had experience in several recording studios, including playing with a click-track.
My most notable performances have been with a 4-piece cover band, busking in the SouthBank area of Melbourne. For 3 years we performed 4-hour stints, 3 evenings per week. I translated my drum, guitar and rhythm experience into a single egyption-styled Darabuka ( See http://www.hobgoblin/bigpicswebsite/gr1763.jpg ) to accompany two accoustic guitarists and a bassist, each of us providing backing vocals to the lead singer. We'd perform cover-variations of popular 100+ Rock songs by artists such as Pearl Jam, Crowded House, Foo Fighters and Pink Floyd.
