I have been playing bass for 14 years. This has included several function bands, orchestras and most recently the house band on a cruise ship.

I completed a music performance degree from the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance, London, and am soon to start my masters in music. I am competent in all popular styles, including jazz and blues, though I specialise in Soul and Jazz Fusion. Very competent sight reader. I have played for function bands, funk bands and various one-off performances. I also play upright bass.
Have been playing saxophone for 20 years, which has included jazz and classical orchestras, function bands and open air performances. I have written and arranged for horn sections.
I have also played piano and keyboard competently for several, focusing on jazz and funk chords, particularly interested in improvisation. Have played keyboard as part of large bands, accompanying solo singers, or accompanying and leading large choirs.
I have been an MD and arranger for various bands over the years. Am passionate about playing music and meeting new people.
