I am incredibly quirky but passionate about music, it is my first and only love. I am mainly a singer although I have played bass guitar up to a beginner level and I am trying to teach myself piano. I have written a few songs over the years but mainly just (lots!) of lyrics as I don't play a melodic instrument up to a decent standard (yet). I started having singing lessons when I was 8, although my voice is more trained for musicals, I've actually always been more of a rock chick. So, I am looking to be vocalist for a band that has a similar music taste and perform songs that we have written together.

Influences
I have a very varied and eclectic music taste and my influences basically come from what I listen to. It varies from rock'n'roll to soul, punk to pop, Nirvana to Rihanna and what I'm listening to usually depends what mood I'm in. I would say I'm especially influenced by 60s music and 80s stuff (because it's just epic) Here just some of the main ones:
