Looking for a new project with influences from Kings of Leon, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, CSS, Friendly Fires and Foals??
I've been in a band for the past few years www.myspace/thedoublesixers gigging around london but the end sound became too heavy and away from original ideas.
So I'm now looking for likeminded enthusiasts to write, gig and record with a more mixed Indie Garage Electro sound. Original lyrics, some set to go....just need rest of the talent!
Set up: drums, guitar, bass, keyboards/synths, open to ideas
Looking for:
*A good bunch of guys in the East London/North East London area
*Who have a passion for music as well as the commitment, drive and time to take it at far as it can go...err Glastonbury headline anyone?!
*Band experience preferable
*Age from 19-25
*own equipment i.e. instrument plus amps etc
*Similar interests
Sort of things I’m into when it’s not music –Art, Fashion, Graff, Photography, Travel, Drinking.
