I started playing bass 8 years ago but have not played much recently. I did 2 or 3 gigs with 2 different bands. I'm still learning really but I can play "simple" bass lines. A couple more complicated ones I have learnt are californication (red hot chilli peppers) and man on the moon by REM. so up to that sort of standard.
I am happy to sing some backing vocals (depending on how complicated the bass line/vocals are).
I also learnt the flute when I was in school and did grade 3 many years ago. after the unsurprising ditching of the flute playing after school I got my flute out again a couple of years ago and played in the innovations jazz orchestra for a while (http://www.innovations-jazz-orchestra.co.uk).
