Influences
Wow, so hard to nail. Here's my effort...
1. Gotta love Tyketto as a prime example of my "period" guilty pleasures: gritty guitar-oriented rock with melodic and harmonious vocals. My 1990's band also opened for "Little Angels" in Bradford in 1991 which was a memorable moment.
2. Love Zakk Wylde's earlier work, fusing country/blues riffing into a much harder genre, as an example of guitar-style "mid-2000's" influences.
3. Adore the modern alt-rock influenced "dropped" styles of bands where grind-meets-vocal-harmony, such as Crossfade, All That Remains, Killswitch to a degree, and 5FDP.
