I just love playing the bass, my wife would agree, she's tripping over them all the time and we are running out of wall space
Play a little upright too (3/4 size) but not rockabilly slap
Fretless, 5 string, slap, disco, rock, funk, jazz, prog
Young family and occasional work commitments (not stopping me playing in bands though, unless its touring or gigging every weekend)

Far too many to list and many have come and gone, I really like Guy Pratt's style and sound at the moment (Floyd, Ferry, Madonna, Michael Jackson, countless others)

I sound like me...whenever I hear me

I like lots of different techniques, all the flashy 2 handed tapping stuff for sure, double thumps, etc BUT there's not always a space for that stuff (and it gets a bit boring) so I prefer great fingerstyle and plec basslines and using slap when required
