Relaxed and easy going guitarist and bass player…no over-inflated egos or bad personal habits here!
Played bass and guitar in a number of outfits over the years. Some full band, some duo or small. Some original, some covers, and some a combo of the two. Happy both in the studio and on stage. I’ve played gigs all over for years; big venues, small venues and festivals/events.
Got my own decent gear that works for me, and transport. Plus I know my way round a soldering iron and screwdriver set (I build and modify my own valve amps).
Ultimately I do this for the enjoyment, not the stress! I'm serious about my music, but not hung up on who or what is better, more correct or so misguided that I think one note on one CD recording of a song is the definitive and only way to play it forever!

Influences
I have a wide range of likes musically, so you might find me listening to anything from folk to funk, soul to pop, garage to punk, rock to meal, blues to jazz…and anything in-between or hard to pigeon-hole. I try to incorporate all I can into my playing and feel, not just stick to the usual clichés.
