A fledgling rock band requires 2 talented guitarists (as flashy as you like!) and, ideally, a keyboards to complete perfect lineup. Great singer (think Coverdale/Rodgers/Plant), great drummer (think Cozy Powell) and bassist (well, a bassist) and add Steve Vai/EVH and Tony Iommi with Jon Lord on ivories and you get the idea.
Bass/drums/voice have all played together before for a number of years, but we're looking to start up again after a few years off.
We'll be playing covers, plus non-rock covers in a hard-rockin' style, and if we want to write, then that as well. Song choices totally open. If someone really wants to have a go at a track, why not?
Good standard, good sense of humour and sense of fun required, plus relaxed schedule to rehearse every other week. Would look to be gigging in six months, purely for the thrill of playing to a sweaty pub or hall. We're not in for money, just for a great time. All ages welcome; the rest of the band are in their 30s.
