*LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED NON EGOTISTICAL METAL GUITARIST TO FIT INTO OUR 5 PIECE AS REPLACEMENT* NonPology are a tight melodic metal unit from Bournemouth that derived from 2 other bands that folded around the same time in the spring of 2006. The band consists of 5 members that, more than anything, are dedicated to the commitment needed to push the band forward and achieve their full potential, which was the reason for failure in the 2 previous bands.
2007 saw them start to put material together using a mix of heavy riffs & melodic vocals. This came quickly and allowed them to get onto the local gig circuit and make a name for themselves successfully. Gigs have been regular at a rate of 4 -5 a month gaining them popular interest from public & professional interest with reviews received from local promoters and fans. In 2008 NonPology have branched out to playing in London, mainly Camden and will continue with more future dates booked.
In June 2008 NonPology recorded their ‘Smoke Filled Eyes’ track in Salisbury with Swanton Bomb Productions to assist them in gaining more interest from gig venues. They also recorded some live versions of their other material and mixed it through Pro Tools. They have made them all accessible on MySpace & Pure Volume
Going into the latter part of 2008 NonPology started to write more material to go into the studio for early 2009. Having 11 tracks by this time gave them some options for their track choice on the self released EP “Without Regret or Reservation” which would include 5 composed songs by the band.
