Simply put, I am a guitarist. I lean towards progressive metal, but also enjoy other forms of rock, even some blues, jazz, and classical. I have been playing since my teens and have been in multiple bands over the years as rhythm and lead guitar, as well as some time as a vocalist. I am in my mid-40s and have stable employment outside of my musical interests. Looking for a for a band to get involved with, create some great music, and have a good time doing it. No drugs, no drama.

Influences
Recently I have been listening to a lot of Caligula's Horse. This said I have a wide range of influences including Paul Gilbert, The Deftones, Animals as Leaders, Pantera, Coheed and Cambria, KMFDM, Testament, Steve Vai, Jeff Loomis, The Dresden Dolls, Sarah Longfield, Plini, Dream Theater, Metallica, Rage Against The Machine, Bad Religion, Lamb of God and many more.

I have multiple guitars, including 7 and 8 string Strandbergs guitars, Ibanez, PRS, Jackson, and even a Cordoba classical guitar. Tons of pedals, right now using a Boss Katana as a pedal platform, also have a Boss GX-100 for 'silent' stages. Ready for multiple different live situations.
