Experienced, creative bassist on the lookout for a new band or like-minded musicians to start something fresh. I’ve recently amicably parted ways with a rock/metal covers band after years of gigging pubs, clubs, and festivals — now looking for my next serious project.
About Me:
• loads of playing experience and all kinds of gigs under my belt
• Tight player, solid tone, good ear, always locked in with the drummer
• Open to originals or covers — happy to gig or just build something great in the room
• Serious gear and own transport
• Based in North, Northants — can travel across East Mids
• Looking to join or form something with energy, groove, edge, and bounce
Genres I’m Into: Metal, rock, punk, alt, post-punk, grunge — heavy and groove-led but not afraid of a good hook or a bit of weirdness.
Looking For:
• A band with solid foundations or musicians ready to start something
• People who value tight playing, big sound, and good chemistry
• Rehearsing 1x/week is ideal — can gig 1–2x a month or more if right
