We are a working band who use a small pool of people who are nice, able to read chord charts in simple keys (D,G,C, sometimes A), busk (as in improvise over a chord chart) and keep time. If you can read dots/sight read even better. We work mostly in Sussex but travel a bit. The work is mostly weekend nights. We'd prefer someone with their own transport but flexibilty is all. We're happy to train up the right person.
