ABOUT

Blues, soul and rnb with mixed rhythm and lead styles but open to experimentation. Ideally I'd like to play in a band of mellow but musically passionate individuals - not too concerned with ability as I'm far from professional myself (i'd rate myself more of a 3.5) but would like to play with those enthusiastic about the opportunity to play

Influences

I first got into grunge and rock when I was about 11 (before this i listened to Will Smith and David Grey etc.) But Nevermind was my first standout album. I've since been influenced by artists like the RHCP, the Pixies, Hendrix, Cream, Portishead and more recently artists such as Khurangbin and some prog rock acts as well as listening to a lot of American and British blues.

I'd be happy to jam with anyone with somewhat similar tastes although I'm keen to play with a variety of influences
