ABOUT

Hi, I’m a guitarist based in the UK. I’ve spent the last few years seriously studying and practicing music, and I love playing regularly with other musicians. Over the past year I’ve been playing blues, funk, and soul in Edmonton, Canada. This gave me a lot of live playing experience.

I’m comfortable in blues, soul, funk, and country styles, and I enjoy locking in with a band and serving the song. I’m always working on improving my playing and learning new material quickly. Looking to join musicians who take the music seriously but also enjoy the process.

I am available any night, and I am free on weekends also.

Influences

My influences started with the Blues; Albert Collins, BB King, Buddy Guy, Albert King, Freddie King, Stevie Ray, and some John Mayer (although I know he's not mainly blues). Then I moved to Soul and modern RnB, Rock, and Country; Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, The Temptations, Glenn Cambell, Ray Charles, Le Chic, Eagles, Little Richard, Chuck Berry, Toto (Steve Lukather), Bill Withers, 42nd Street Band, Earth Wind and Fire, Jim Croce, and Prince.
