I'm a guy that writes songs and sings the songs that i write, Nothing like a 'singer/songwriter'! at all. ..
Anyway, i have written a load of songs that i've been playing acoustically at gigs locally, yet i think the songs have a lot more potential and were always written with a band line up in mind, plus it's starting to get a little lonely playing them alone..

Seriously though, I have Big Dreams and High Hopes for these songs - and need help in bringing them to life.
I don't just want a regular 'band' i want a team, a group of people that are dedicated, that will put all of their heart and soul into creating something a little bit special. I'm very passionate about this and truly believe - that with the right musicians/personalities we will rival anything out there.
I'm not bothered about being perceived as being a 'cool' band, or creating the 'sound for now', i just want to create a sound i/we can be proud of, a big bold sound with many voices and colours to it.
I'm aiming to get a set together for the summer, the songs i have so far would sound amazing in the sunshine. (you know when you listen to a song and imagine playing it at a festival, sunshine drying the beer/? in your hair..) thats how i imagine quite a few of the songs. i also like to imagine driving.. if i can imagine driving with the song on - i know its a good'n.
I would love to get onto a festival bill or two this year but realise we'd be hard pushed this time around.. But once we have our act together i want to take our show on the road and around the world.. THE SKY'S THE LIMIT ... Wait, why stop at the sky??
(Sorry for blabbering btw, i go on a bit when i'm excited.)
