Ello....

We are 3-Day Medicine and play a mixture of styles that vary from rock, funk, to more chilled out stuff. Currently there are 2 of us, Stu (vocalist) and Scott (lead guitarist) and we are in the process of meeting up and jamming with various bassists and drummers at Scream studios in Croydon, with a view to being a full band as soon as possible.

We have been playing and writing together on and off since the age of 18 (we're now 31!) so we have a lot of material written already and are always coming up with new stuff and would also welcome your ideas.

We're based in South East London / Croydon and are looking to gig in and around the local area once we have a full band.

Main influences include Incubus, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Muse, Jimi Hendrix, Faith No More, Pearl Jam - but our tastes are very diverse.

The tracks were recorded on a laptop using drum loops and are in desperate need of some real beats put to them.

We're obviously not looking for world domination, but it would be good to get out there and get gigging as soon as poss. We both work full-time so evening / weekend practices and gigs would suit. We aren't fussed about age, gender, image, or anything other than having the right musical chemistry really!
