ABOUT

I'm a conga player and play all kinds of other latin / afro percussion instruments. I am semi pro (yep have a day job) have played abroad a few times, a handful of album and singles credits to my name and have supported some legends in the funk and soul scene such as (here goes ..name dropping) Fred Wesley and the new J.Bs, The Blackbyrds, Martha High, Breakestra, D-Influence, Martine Girault amongst others . I have recorded and performed extensively over the years with 'Funkshone' achieving a number 1 in Amazon soul and funk chart, having songs licensed for Redbull and also recently a US movie deal. I recently did some sessions for 'Soul Immigrants' last LP.
I also produce music and want to continue some neo soul, jazz and concious Hip Hop projects. Ideally it would be great to play in an active soul, funk, Hip hop or jazz band playing original material but i'm still up for covers stuff as long as its not Blues Brothers or really commercial .. lol
I'm also a DJ and collect and play rare vinyl and host a radio show on www.golddustradio called Vinyl Destination. Oh well thats my bragging out of the way , looking to get busy with some live stuff with a band so hit me up.
