Hi, we're a rhythm guitarist/singer, lead guitarist and bassist/singer looking to add some more musicians to our band. We've got a fair amount of lyrical content and also a few songs that are more fully formed.
To start with we're looking for a drummer. Later, we might want want a keyboard/electronicy-mixer-type person, depending on what direction we take.
We want to jump straight in now, as we've been spending a lot of time over the last year, not really knowing what we're quite doing because of being let down by other musicians and having conflicting schedules, etc. We ideally want to start gigging as early on in the new year as possible and maybe even get into the studio beforehand to record a demo.
We know that with every additional member, the band will change, but that's a great thing. Diverse ideas create diverse music, so you don't have to have the exact same taste in music as us. Also, we're not pro on our instruments or anything, so as long as you have heart and commitment, get in touch, even if you don't think you're that great.
