Hey, my names Becca. I'm a single mum who absolutely loves music of pretty much all kinds. I genuinely get depressed if I can't listen or play when I want to. I play piano (since I was 10 casually), acoustic guitar, bass guitar, I sing, and I'm attempting to learn electric guitar and flute but that's slow as my amp cable is elsewhere!
I've wanted to be in a band for years, thought about it with some friends a while back but none of them actually played anything and were too busy with university. Instead, I've done quite a few open mic nights, doing up to three songs each time. Those I did on acoustic and vocal by myself. I also did 1 oxjam gig on the bedford highstreet for about an hour, with a friend on bass while I was acoustic and vocals. I mostly play my own songs, but there aren't that many of them at the moment, only about 6!
Looking for musicians that actually want to make something of their music and try to do actual gigs in venues that require posters put up and people to pay money to get in. Also just making some like minded friends who enjoy messing about on a guitar while drinking a beer every now and again.
