Hi there!
I've just moved from France to Edinburgh and will spend the whole year here. Music has meant a lot to me for at least the past 10 years. I played the cello for a couple of years, then stopped and took up the guitar. From then on I've played in several bands of various genres. My last musical project was a post-band I had to leave because of my year abroad in Scotland. Therefore I'm really keen to find some people I could play music with here in Edinburgh!
As I am in the final year of my degree I will have to study quite a lot, but I could definitely find some time to rehearse at least once a week.

Influences
The bands that mainly influenced my former post band were : Explosions in the sky, Caspian, Mogwai, Totorro, If these trees could talk, Mono, Hammock, This will destroy you, Leech, Russian circles, etc.
But I also listen a lot to bands like : Slowdive, Ride, Tame Impala, Mac Demarco, Beach House, Cheatahs, Wild Nothing, The war on drugs, Alvvays, etc..
Overall I'm quite into progressive instrumental music, but shoegaze, indie, psychelic rock or even something else could be very interesting!
EQUIPMENT
Fender Stratocaster, Marshall 50WW, a few pedals : Flashback X4 delay, Hall of Fame reverb, Big Muff distortion, Mooer pure boost, Ernie ball volume pedal, Boss TU-2. I will probably get a chorus pedal at some point this year
